Justin Jeffers is an experienced and passionate Founder & CEO with extensive knowledge in men's fashion. He has successfully built a men's footwear brand from the ground up and has a vast understanding of all topics of menswear. Jeffers has mastered all aspects of building a brand from sourcing, design, production, ecommerce, marketing, web development, project management, team building, staffing, strategy, social media, Shopify, Wordpress, Photoshop and Premiere. He holds a degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a MBA Candidate at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Jeffers also studied at the London School of Economics and Boston University.

Jeffers is the Founder at Jay Butler and has previously worked as a Summer Associate at Kearney and also as a Category Manager - Home at Walmart eCommerce.
