Justin J. Yurasits, a seasoned product management professional, has an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving complex problems that lead to exceptional customer experiences. With a Chemical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Yurasits has over a decade of leadership experience in the technology and financial services industries.

He has held several senior executive positions at Fidelity Investments, including Squad Leader & Director of Digital Product Management, Head of Operations & Support for Fidelity's Customer Contact Center and Director of Engineering for Trading Floor Communications. Moreover, Yurasits has experience in network & data center engineering, telecommunications procurement & expense management, and manufacturing automation engineering at Honeywell.

Presently, Yurasits is Director - Head of Product Management for Contact Center Solutions at Jabra. He is customer-focused and uses design thinking, jobs-to-be-done, and straightforward experimentation to identify creative new products' opportunities. He leverages agile/scrum methods, rapid prototyping, and data-based decisions to shape product vision, roadmaps, and delivery plans. Yurasits understands how to combine support and operations to provide value to the customer and the company.
