Justin Holder is an accomplished CEO with a strong background in financial services and risk management. He has led multiple successful ventures, including his current role as CEO at AML Analytics Ltd, where he has developed a unique software tool called ‘AML Analyser’. This tool stress tests PEP and sanction screening capabilities to assure clients that they are meeting their legal and regulatory obligations. Justin's expertise lies in verifying the quality of these systems to benchmark risks and identify gaps in areas of risk. Through adoption of their pre-defined services, AML Analytics provides bespoke consulting or training, which will help clients make common sense of the complex regulatory and legal environment within which they operate.

Before founding AML Analytics, Justin served as CEO at C6 - Intelligence Information Systems Ltd. While there, he honed his leadership skills and worked to ensure the accuracy of their software. Before these ventures, Justin studied at Peter Symonds College.
