Justin Hoffman is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background ranging from military service to product management.

Having served in the US Navy from 2005 to 2010 in various roles including Precision Manufacturing, Fire Marshall, and Gas Free Engineer, Justin developed a strong foundation in operational efficiency and safety protocols.

Transitioning to the civilian sector, Justin worked as a Retail Firearms Sales Associate at Sodak Sports in Aberdeen, SD, honing his customer service and product knowledge skills.

His passion for firearms safety education led him to establish University of Sparta, LLC in Aberdeen, SD, where he served as the Owner and Trainer, focusing on imparting crucial firearms safety knowledge.

At Twin City Fan Companies, Ltd in Aberdeen, SD, Justin excelled in roles related to procurement and inventory management as a Buyer/Sourcing/Inventory Control professional from 2015 to 2019.

In 2019, he joined Vista Outdoor Inc. in Virginia Beach as a Supply Chain Associate II in the Tactical Products Group, further expanding his expertise in supply chain management.
