Dean of Residence Life at Wheaton College
Justin Heth is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Higher Education/Leadership Administration from Indiana State University. He also has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Bible/Biblical Studies from Wheaton College and degrees in Christian Education and Business Administration from Taylor University. With his academic background, Justin has served as Dean of Residence Life and formerly Residence Hall Director at Taylor University, where he applied his knowledge of higher education and leadership administration to create better residential experiences for students.
As Dean of Residence Life at Wheaton College, Justin leverages his background to create a welcoming living environment for students. He oversees the operation, development, and assessment of residential services that accommodate more than 2,500 students. Through his leadership, Justin focuses on a holistic approach to student success, encouraging growth and development both inside and outside of the classroom.
