Justin Hamacher

Justin Hamacher is a seasoned design leader, university educator, speaker, psychoanalyst in training, creative artist, and arts community advocate.

With extensive experience in establishing, growing, and leading global experience design practices, Justin has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, startups, and boutique design studios.

As a former full-time faculty member at the University of Washington, Justin has taught in the MHCID program and continues to create original learning content, bridging the gap between academia and the tech industry.

Justin is currently training to become a psychoanalyst at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, focusing on personal growth, group psychology, and their intersection with design and creative work.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Justin is an active creative artist, illustrator, and songwriter, engaging in public art projects that promote civic engagement, empathy building, and address social issues.
