With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, summa cum laude, from Texas State University under his belt, he is well-equipped to handle the demands of the corporate world. Justin's military background has honed his ability to adapt quickly to any situation he faces, making him an invaluable member of any team he joins.

Justin has held several leadership positions throughout his career, including Regional Operations Manager at National Veterinary Associates and Director of Operations, Sales & Marketing/Business Owner at All Star Nutrition State College and Johnson City, where he helped to grow the business from one to five retail sales locations in four states within three years. He has also managed a 500k fitness facility build and owned and operated five retail sales locations.
