Justin Conry is a seasoned leader in transformation delivery and business change management, with expertise in company-wide strategy and planning, programme management, continuous process improvement, customer experience management, and automation.

He is currently leading Pre-merger Planning and Target Operating Model at the Integration office in 3UK.

Justin has served as an Integrated Business Programme Director, collaborating with Amdocs and Three CIO, to successfully deliver BSS/Digital Transformation and customer migration for Three Ireland and Three UK.

His career spans senior roles in prominent organizations like Vodafone, Aviva, Microsoft, Three Ireland, and Three UK, supplemented with consulting experience at BearingPoint.

Justin excels in setting up and leading change and transformation teams in multi-geography, location, and matrix organizations.

He specializes in leading complex business transformations to enhance cost base, revenue, margin, and overall customer and employee experience.

Justin holds an MBA from the Irish Management Institute, a Dip DM in Direct Marketing from Technological University Dublin, and a B.A. in Politics and Philosophy from University College Dublin.

He completed his Leaving Certificate at Glenstal Abbey School.
