Justin Blanchard is a seasoned product and operations leader with over 15 years of experience in operations, design, development, and growth in multiple sectors. He has a strong expertise in building and leading teams, executing growth strategies, and launching market-disrupting products and services. Justin is an expert in blue ocean strategy, which focuses on differentiation leading to rapid, profitable, and sustainable growth. He has a customer-centric approach to business creation that begins with an in-depth understanding of customer's requirements and outcomes. He then maps out blockers, transformational steps, and uses experience design and technical innovation to create next-level products that exceed customer and market demands. Justin has founded five companies and has worked with over 50 early-stage startups as an investor, advisor, and coach. He also has extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing teams globally. Justin is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at HedgeHog Health and the managing director of a stealth startup studio. He is passionate about discovering and launching new products and business ideas and coaching teams on customer-focused design thinking and agile product innovation.
