Justin Bertron

Justin Bertron is a knowledgeable estate planning attorney in Colorado, helping his clients achieve peace of mind and family harmony. With extensive experience, Justin provides personalized estate planning services, including drafting legal documents such as Last Will and Testament, Revocable Living Trust, Power of Attorney, Living Will, HIPAA release, and Guardianship documentation. Justin attended Georgetown University School of Law, where he earned a Master of Laws degree in Taxation, followed by a degree in Doctor of Law from Marquette University Law School. Justin's undergraduate degree is in Economics from Colorado State University, and he has volunteered his services at Marquette Foreclosure Mediation and the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic.

Justin began his professional career as a server at The Pumphouse Brewery but transitioned to The Internal Revenue Service, where he served as an intern. After completing his internship duties in 2012, he went to work as an intern in the Waukesha Register of Probate office. In 2013, he shifted to Eide Bailly, where he worked as a Tax Manager before becoming an Associate Attorney at Davis Schilken, PC. He later started his own Colorado-based law firm, The Bertron Law Firm LLC, to serve his community fully. Justin uses relatable stories and everyday language to educate his clients and better serve their families.
