Justin Bayer

Justin Bayer is a high-achieving professional in the fields of athletics and education. He currently serves as the Athletic Director for Moeller High School, where he leads the school's athletic programs to success. Additionally, Bayer is the founder and CEO of Welcome To College, an organization that helps high school students and their families through the college application process.

Prior to his current roles, Bayer gained experience in the education industry as the Assistant Director of Admissions and Honors College Student Leadership Coordinator at the University Of Vermont. He also studied Business Management at the University of Dayton.

Bayer is passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential and ensuring they have access to high-quality education. He is also an avid sports fan, with expertise in managing successful athletic programs.
