Justin Almeleh

Justin Almeleh is a data analytics expert with a robust background in systems engineering, holding a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona.

Throughout his career, Justin has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing his versatility and expertise. He has served as the Director of Business Operations at Picsart, an Adjunct Professor at both Pierce College and College of the Canyons, an Advisor at Mission Robotics Inc., and in several positions at Motivo Engineering, including Director of Business Development & Client Experience, Partner, and Senior Product Manager.

Justin has also had experience in public service, having been a Commissioner at the City of Redondo Beach. His engineering background includes roles at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer and a Flight Test Engineer Supervisor, along with an internship at Garmin International.

His approach to data analytics is inspired by the idea that the obvious answer is usually not the correct one, similar to the principles discussed in Freakonomics. Justin combines an engineering mindset with data analytics to dive deep into the second-order effects of business decisions, focusing on their implications for the bottom line while championing product vision and maintaining market differentiators.
