Junho Chun

Junho Chun is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of corporate experience. After a successful career in various companies, he ventured into entrepreneurship by founding VisionTree where he aspires to be a Platform Designer. Learning from the setbacks of his initial projects, 'Dream Math' and 'Dream Workshop,' Junho now aims to establish a platform that connects People with Projects (3P) in the near future.

Transitioning from his corporate role as a Headhunter at DSPartners, he focused on proactive headhunting to identify the vital 5% of talents that companies seek, aiming for a mutually beneficial relationship between companies and talents. Despite leaving the headhunter role due to health reasons, Junho reverted to his roots and supports his family while dreaming of a family business at VisionTree.

Educationally, Junho studied Electronic Engineering for his Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree at Korea University. Throughout his career, he held various significant roles in different organizations such as Vice President at VisionTree, Headhunter at DSPartners, Career Consultant at HR Innovation, New Business Director at Unicom, Business Division Head at Koacrox, Business General Manager at Shinji Soft, Sales Manager at Ericsson, Strategic Planner for Information and Communication at Samsung Electronics, Software Engineer at DigiCom Information Communication, and Hardware Engineer at LG Electronics.
