June Pineda Hoidal is a highly accomplished attorney, currently serving as partner at Zimmerman Reed law firm. Her expertise lies in representing clients who have experienced losses due to antitrust violations, consumer and financial fraud, and other areas of litigation.

June has represented governmental entities, businesses, and individuals in several high-profile cases. For instance, she represented the State of Mississippi in an antitrust case against LCD screen manufacturers, and successfully argued on behalf of the State in opposing defendants’ motions to dismiss.

June also represents the State of New Mexico in a case against credit card networks, alleging violations of state consumer protection and antitrust laws. Additionally, she has extensive litigation experience involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, in which she successfully argued against defendants’ motion to dismiss and strike class allegations.

June earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, both with the highest honors. She also served as a Law Clerk to Honorable Arthur J. Boylan at the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and as an attorney at Gray, Plant, Mooty, Mooty & Bennett, P.A., and Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.

Currently, June serves on the Board of Directors for The Fund for Legal Aid, the Advisory Board for the Minnesota Urban Debate League, the Antitrust Council for the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Publications Committee for the Bench & Bar of Minnesota.
