Théa Pharma is een onafhankelijke oogheelkundige farmaceutische familieonderneming gespecialiseerd in het onderzoek, de ontwikkeling en commercialisatie van conserveermiddelvrije oogzorgproducten. 

Bij Théa Pharma ben ik verantwoordelijk voor:
• Strategische ontwikkeling OTC-afdeling.
• Productmanagement (incl. productmarketing) | 3 productcategorieën - 13 producten. 
• Accountmanagement voor het on- en offline kanaal | klantbeheer en new business in eigen rayon en voor enkele key accounts, contact en samenwerking met de groothandels.  
• Verantwoordelijk voor de algehele OTC-afdeling marketing en het opstellen en bewaken van het marketingbudget.
• Projectmanagement gefocust op het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van marketing en sales activiteiten. 
• Lokale implementatie en beheer van het Salesforce CRM-systeem.

• 6 maanden durende traineeship bij Théa Pharmaceuticals in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Junior Project- en accountmanager OTC

Individueel een rondreis gemaakt door Zuidoost Azië. In deze periode heb ik Indonesië, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, een deel van China en de Filipijnen bezocht. 

Het meerendeel van deze reis stond ik het teken van persoonlijke ontwikkeling, het ontdekken van een nieuw werelddeel, nieuwe activiteiten proberen, vrienden maken en genieten. 

Ook heb ik de kans gekregen om twee weken mee te reizen door China met de eigenaar van Moso International - innovative bamboo products. In deze periode heb ik alle meetings, fabrieksbezoeken, lunches en diners bij mogen wonen. Hierdoor heb ik veel inzicht gekregen in de Chinese werkcultuur en alle facetten die komen kijken bij internationale handel.

Moso International is seen as the global A-brand and pioneer in innovative indoors and outdoors bamboo solutions.

• Market research - Give a strategic advise for positioning Moso Bamboo X-treme.
• Development of presentation tools concerning marketing activities. 
• Attend- and independently conduct sales meetings.
• Direct support to the general manager.
• Managing the office while the general manager was absence (two weeks).

Iamb&b is a startup enabling its customers to rent out their homes (when they are on holiday or if they have extra space) in a responsible and sustainable way, so that everyone and every city can benefit from the values of home sharing. 

• Contact with international customers and guests concerning bookings and additional matters.
• Coördination of agenda's, payments and additional matters.
• Advise in development of marketing activities and other new processes/concepts.
• Contribution to development of own softwaresysteem.
