Julio's educational background includes an MBA in Risk Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, an Engineer's degree from Escola Politécnica at Universidade de São Paulo, and completion of an Executive Program at Stanford University.

Previously, he was an Entrepreneur at Berger & Berger H.C and held several positions at Santander Brasil, including Business Development and Planning Manager, Risk Manager, Product Manager Credit Card, Portfolio Management & MIS Coordinator, Credit Card Strategies Specialist, and Manager of Risk Management, Planning, and Projects. Prior to his time at Santander Brasil, Julio also worked as a Retail & Non-Retail MIS Coordinator at ABN AMRO and as a Credit Analyst in Retail Portfolio & Risk Management.
