Julio Arriaga

Julio Arriaga, a native of Miami, Florida, was born to immigrant parents.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Currently, Julio serves as a Partner at Hialeah Industrial Portfolio, LLC, an IMC Equity Group affiliated company, and also as a Managing Partner at Warehouse Renting, LLC.

With a real estate investment career that spans over two decades since 1996, Julio has played a pivotal role as a principal in transactions totaling over $100 million.

In his current role, Julio oversees a real estate portfolio of more than 1 million square feet encompassing industrial, retail, and office space in the Miami area, maintaining an impressive 97% occupancy rate.

His responsibilities cover a broad spectrum of commercial services including tenant leasing, property management, sourcing, acquisitions, sales, and marketing, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in the real estate sector.

Julio is widely recognized and esteemed as a real estate investor and operator, known for his valuable contributions to both the marketplace and the community.

In terms of education, Julio attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola in San Juan, Puerto Rico, for his high school years before pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance at Marquette University.
