Juliette Roubaud

Juliette Roubaud is a seasoned professional currently heading the development efforts at Les Alchimistes, a pioneering venture focusing on the collection and composting of organic waste in urban areas, based in Paris and expanding operations throughout France.

Prior to her current role, Juliette held key leadership positions within BlaBlaCar, the renowned global carpooling service. During her time with BlaBlaCar, she spearheaded the growth team for five years, accumulating invaluable expertise in fundraising, team building, driving organizational change, and crafting and implementing growth strategies.

In early 2018, Juliette embarked on a journey across Oceania and South America, engaging with individuals dedicated to fostering sustainable lifestyles. This experience allowed her to delve into agro-ecology and communal living practices, broadening her perspective on resilient community development.

Juliette's educational background includes a Master's degree from Audencia, a Master of Science (MS) in Innovation from Centrale Nantes, entrepreneurial studies at Universidad Diego Portales, and preparatory studies at Lycée du Parc de Vilgénis.

Throughout her career, Juliette has held various noteworthy roles such as CEO at Génération Zébrée, business lead within the Growth Team at BlaBlaCar, associate marketing manager, consultant at Weave, associate product manager at Nestlé, and analyst at Grameen Bank.
