MISSIONS

#Product Roadmap & Prioritization

- Continuously engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and feed the global product roadmap
- Build and nurture the product vision with the rest of the product team, based on the data we gathered (from users, data analysis, competitors, user research…)
- Turn all insights into a roadmap: make sure that we’re solving the right problems
- Constantly prioritize to maximize the impact on the user experience & the business while minimizing the required workload and technical debt


#Product discovery

- Understand our users pain points, motivations and needs through qualitative research (user interviews, participation in CS and sales calls etc.)
- Dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
- Define and measure the right product KPIs


#Product execution

- Work closely with designers and engineers to come up with the best solution to address our users’ pain points. 
- Turn the roadmap into a backlog of user stories with clear and concise specifications
- With the QA team, ensure that all products shipped are bug-free
- Analyse features performance and measure the impact

My role :
- Working closely with founders to define product vision and values; aligning the commercial aspect with the product strategy
- Ownership and execution of the roadmap
- Working with the development team on estimation of stories and product delivery
- Implementing from scratch all the Scrum methodology: facilitating smooth running of all Agile Ceremonies
- Mitigating blockers and delays impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Keeping abreast of the competitive landscape, industry trends and digital innovation

As part of General Assembly’s User Experience Design Immersive (UXDI). 
In a team of 3, I had the chance to work with Kompass during a 14 days sprint.
Kompas is travel mobile app.
Kompas learns about users’ habits, interests and availability, and then presents to the user activities and venues that feel unique and personalised.
The client wanted to redesign and improve a specific feature called Plan, which is serving the user with itineraries based on time, mood and budget.
Using the entire UX tool kit, we defined a new MVP.  Through user research and testing, my team and I were able to totally rethink the app and to offer them a UI that is simple, effective and useful for the users.

Methodologies: Interviews, user journeys, competitor analysis, features comparison, affinity map, paper prototyping, hypothesis-driven research, user flows and usability testing.
Tool: Pen, paper, Balsamiq, Sketch and Invision

KOMPAS: Discover Your City

UX Designer

A 10-week full-time course where we covered a wide scope of UX skills and processes, including 3 concept projects and 1 client project. We also had 1 week of coding and 1 week of visual design.

Concept project 3: TimeOut
Timeframe: 2 weeks
The brief was to create a social network using the TimeOut mobile app.
The opportunity was between finding things to do and meeting up with people. Through user research and testing, we end up with the integration of a poll feature, that you can share with your friends using other social platforms.
Methodologies: user journeys, storyboarding, paper prototyping, concept mapping, user flows and usability testing.

Concept project 2: Arty’s website
Timeframe: 2 weeks
Researching and testing an e-commerce site for a local art supplier up to mid-fidelity.
Methodologies: Card sorting, experience mapping, user journeys, wireflows, sketching, paper prototypes and wireframe testing. 

Concept project 1: Let's Cook
A one week Sprint, to research and plan an app to solve a problem for a classmate at General Assembly. In this case, it was an app helping to plan ahead recipes and dinner.

Teads, founded in 2011, is the inventor of outstream video advertising and a global monetization platform for publishers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Global Business monitoring of all UK international activity.
- Managing the end to end process for all GroupM Managed Service and Programmatic campaigns including client communication, reporting, screenshots and troubleshooting.
- Dealing with Programmatic requests to optimise and monitor delivery as well as setting up Deal IDs, connections and blocklists for campaigns from UK/International markets.
- General overview and management of the international delivery and margins: Making sure all our multi-markets campaigns are delivered within the main business KPIs (Mobile Delivery, High Margins, Full Delivery etc.).
- Working with Sales team pre and post-launch to technically plan, implement, execute and optimise global video campaigns from leading advertisers and agencies and ensure full delivery. 
- Working closely with the Finance team to forecast accurately revenue and assess the overall business health.
- Liaising with the different Publishing teams to lock up the key Pan Regional publishers and ensure some strategic inventory development.
- Mentoring new colleague to ensure campaigns are set up accurately and the first point of contact for any campaign discrepancies.
- Testing 3rd party tags; pixels, VAST/VPAID and JS. 
- Troubleshooting campaign anomalies with Product, Publishing and Finance team and collaborating on solutions.

The Exchange function is critical in ensuring that our competitive advantage is at least maintained, and even strengthened.

My role: 
- Collect and collate a variety of spend and cost tracking reports from other Mindshare offices across the world 
- Analyse data to understand key trends and to co-ordinate with global markets on a daily basis to ensure they are delivering the data that we need
- Use data provided by markets to conduct basis cost calculations
- Compile reports and global roll-ups for clients based on the cost tracking and spend reports
- Collect market insight and future trend reports from key markets
