Julie Zack

Julie Zack is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in social work and entrepreneurship. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College's Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, an MSW in Social Work from Washington University in Saint Louis, and a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University.

Julie brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Director of Integrated Health at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. Her previous experience includes serving as a Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Root Cause, where she also held roles as Director of Strategy & Operations, Senior Consultant, and Associate Director/Consultant. Prior to that, she was an MBA Intern in Program Development at Outside The Classroom and a Program Director & Case Manager at El Centro del Cardenal. Julie's clinical social work experience includes serving as a Clinical Social Work Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital, Division of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine and a Social Work Intern in Program Management at Project ARK (AIDS Resources for Kids).
