As the first business hire at Influitive I wore many hats, but my primary focus was creating a best in class Customer Success team. Bringing some key learnings from my previous roles, I was determined to give customers an incredible experience throughout their lifecycle. We are in the business of building advocates, not just customers and to do this every customer needs to be treated like a VIP. 
 
I helped take the company from 1 paying customer to 30 paying customers in a year and half and contributed to doubling revenues year over year. 

Grew the Customer Success team to 5 people, 3 CSM's and 2 support agents. Had an average NPS score of 9 and over 85% of our customers as active advocates.

Barque BBQ is a group of restaurants and events services whose mission is to spread the unique culture of BBQ by creating new and memorable BBQ experiences for our customers, which we accomplish through a combination of modern culinary techniques and scratch cooking, traditional Southern smoking and a belief in true hospitality.

Focused on bringing pharmacist controlled, automated drug dispensing machines into hospitals and pharmacies. Learned the ins and outs of hospital administration, construction processes, and the healthcare decision making process. 

In my first year, overcame many obstacles to launch 3 trials of the MedCentre in hospitals across Ontario. After that I sold the highest contract to date with Bayer Pharmaceuticals for new sponsored MedCentres. 

Drove and assisted in negotiations for partnership agreements with major pharmaceutical brands and distributors.
