Julie co-founded Ten Little alongside Fatma Collins after they both faced challenges in finding suitable products for their children during their pregnancies. Before establishing Ten Little, Julie held significant roles in operations and supply chain management. She was instrumental in launching Jet.com's fresh grocery fulfillment operations and managed last-mile delivery processes. Additionally, she spent six years at eos Products, where she developed the company's supply chain as it grew to become the leading lip balm brand in the U.S. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant at Accenture, focusing on enterprise resource planning and supply chain technologies for various Fortune 500 clients. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in operations research and industrial engineering from Cornell University.12
