Julie Reimann is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, specializing in dermatopathology. She holds both an MD and a PhD in Biophysics from Stanford University, where her doctoral research contributed to the discovery of the Emi1 gene, which is significant in cancer biology and cell cycle regulation.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Reimann was the Director of Molecular Dermatopathology at Inform Diagnostics and served as an Assistant Professor in Dermatology at Tufts Medical School. She completed her residency in anatomic pathology at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital and underwent a fellowship in dermatopathology through the Harvard Combined Dermatopathology Fellowship Program.12
