Julie Pierce

Julie Pierce is a seasoned interior designer with more than 12 years of experience specializing in residential design and occasional commercial projects. She holds a BS in Architecture from Portland State University and has a strong focus on real estate development in Portland, OR, and Los Angeles, CA. Julie's journey in design started with the successful establishment of a retail interior design showroom and boutique in NW Portland.

Julie's design process revolves around collaborating with clients to develop concepts and seeing them through to completion. In the past four years, she has honed her skills in real estate development, including specifications and project management for high-end spec homes. Notable specialties include LEED AP certification, architecture, interior space planning and design, and lighting design.

Throughout her career, Julie has held roles at various organizations, including Project Engineer at Tieton Homes, Real Estate Developer at Pierce Property Holdings, LLC, Owner and Principal Designer at Loot Design House & Mercantile, Lead Interior Designer at Breakform Design, Co-Chair at SEI Here+Now, Senior Designer at Jennifer Adams Design Group, and Principal Designer with LEED AP credentials at Chapman Interiors.
