Julie Goon

Julie Goon is a seasoned professional with a strong background in public affairs and health policy. She holds a BA in History from Colorado State University. Julie has held various significant roles in top organizations, including serving as the Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Elevance Health. Prior to that, she was the Senior Health Policy Advisor at the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. Julie has also worked as the Director of healthymagination, Govt. & NGO Strategy at General Electric, and as a Special Assistant To the President at The White House. Her experience includes roles such as Director of Medicare Outreach at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Senior Vice President of Government Relations at AHIP, and Senior Director of Public Affairs at Humana. She has also served as a Director at the Colorado Legislative Council.
