Meet Julie Coles, an award-winning playwright and screenwriter with an impressive educational background. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Education in Reading Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from York College. Julie has worked in various organizations, including On Location Education as a Studio Teacher, Author Solutions LLC as a Screenwriter, and as a Screenwriter/Playwright at Independent Professional.
Julie is also the former SFFS Screenwriting Fellowship/Djerassi Screenwriting Award recipient at San Francisco Film Society, Walter E. Dakin Fellow at Sewanee Writers' Conference, Core Apprentice at The Playwrights' Center of Minneapolis, and Intern at Chestnut Ridge Productions.
