With an impressive career trajectory, Julie has held key positions in various renowned organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at DNAnexus, where she continues to drive excellence in customer interactions. Previously, she contributed her expertise as the Senior Director of User Experience Design at Illumina and as the Group Director of Customer Experience for SaaS Products at Citrix, demonstrating her versatility across different industries.

Julie Baher's professional journey also includes notable roles such as Senior Director of Customer Experience in Business Innovation, Director of Product Design for Enterprise Products, as well as Senior Manager of Experience Design at Citrix. Her experience at Adobe Systems, where she served as Senior Research Lead, Manager of Experience Design, and Senior Manager of Experience Design, further highlights her extensive background in crafting remarkable user experiences.
