Paid Media & Channel Strategy, Microsoft Digital Stores

Owns the global Demand Generation paid media strategy for Microsoft Store to drive new audience acquisition among productivity and entertainment audiences and deliver mid- and lower-funnel store traffic and revenue across all digital media channels.

Responsibilities:
•	Leads global demand strategy for 23 international digital stores across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions. Includes global and local media strategies for evergreen revenue generation as well as product launches and key seasonal sales beats, creative strategy, and analyzing regional media performance trends. 
•	Leads cross-functional team including nine internal media managers, external agencies, media and site ops, product category managers, and digital analytics teams. 
•	Owns multimillion-dollar Demand Gen budgeting process including presenting annual media budget to senior executives, as well as final budget allocation by product, market, and media channel aligned with individual market P&L’s. Includes quarterly budget and forecast refreshes, and strategy pivots as needed.
•	Partner with Data Analytics & Planning team to drive site-side customer behavior analyses that influence marketing strategies and resulting customer journeys to accelerate path to purchase.
•	Serve as digital media SME for all facets of Microsoft Store and paid media liaison to product marketing groups, advising senior leadership and partner teams. Created monthly global paid media education sessions attended by 50+ partners and stakeholders.

Led the digital marketing strategy, and one of the largest online marketing budgets in the world, to drive new student enrollment for schools within the Apollo Education Group portfolio (including University of Phoenix, Western International University and The Iron Yard), consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
