Julianne Pierson is a skilled and experienced educator with a background in gang disaffiliation and youth counseling. She has worked in various capacities in the educational field, including as an intake specialist and a primary educator, helping children re-acclimate back into structured public education. As an inner city teacher in East Los Angeles and a Science coordinator for grades K-8th, Julianne has a wealth of experience in advanced and remedial Literature education, diagnostic experience, and conduct disorder/chemical dependency counseling. Currently, she is focused on her family and researching a new career in educational and social justice administration, specifically working with third-world nations alongside her friend Sr. Bernadette Munyao in Machakos, Kenya. Julianne's specialties, including educational mentorship, fundraising and coordination, social justice education coordination, and purchasing educational supplies, make her an invaluable resource to the community.
