Juliana Silva

Juliana Silva is a seasoned marketing and communication professional with over 25 years of experience in various industries. Her professional journey began with a degree in Advertising and Propaganda from Universidade Regional de Blumenau, followed by a Chef de cozinha, Gastronomia certificate from IGA - Escola de Gastronomia and an MBA in Marketing and Digital Innovation from IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação. Over the years, she has worked in several organizations, including Black Box, Gimme, Chez Jululi, and Aldeia Propaganda. She has also been a consultant and mentor in marketing, project manager, Head of Customer Success, Head of Operations, and executive chef.

Recently, Juliana has been immersed in startup ecosystems, where she specializes in project management, process revision, growth hacking, traction, and marketing with a purpose. Her responsibilities include helping companies and projects find PMF (Product-Market Fit) and identifying the best channels for growth.
