Julian Snow

Julian Snow is the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Financial Reporting at AC Immune SA, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on precision medicine for neurodegenerative diseases. In his role, Snow leads SEC reporting, including Form 20-F and Form 6-K filings, and manages internal control design in preparation for SOX 404(b) compliance. He acts as the main communication liaison with external auditors and regulators concerning SEC, PCAOB, IFRS, and other audit-related matters.13

Snow has made significant contributions to AC Immune's financial strategy and reporting functions. He has been involved in enhancing the company's internal valuation and reporting capabilities using advanced software tools like @RISK, which allows for better risk management and decision-making processes.24 Before joining AC Immune, Julian Snow worked as a manager at BDO for seven years and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.1
