Julia Szegedi is a dedicated professional with a strong background in tourism, having studied Tourism at Kodolányi János College and Tourist Guide & Hostess at Kodolányi János Institute.

She furthered her education by studying Tourism and Hospitality at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, enriching her knowledge and skills in the field.

Her previous experience includes roles such as EMEA COO Account Support at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EMEA Workforce planning & analytics at HP Nederland, EMEA Workforce Management at HP Enterprise Services, and EMEA Penalty Management at HP Enterprise Services.

Julia Szegedi has also excelled in Incident & Problem Management at EDS, which was later acquired by HP, where she managed the North & Central Hub, demonstrating her strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

She has a solid background in Service Desk operations, having served in various capacities at EDS, including as a Backup Team Leader for the Kraft account and as part of the EMEA COO Team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
