Julia Iball

Julia Iball is the Head of Development at Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford, covering a colleague's maternity leave.

With a background as a lawyer and business coach, Julia brings a wealth of skills and experience to her role, where she engages with talented academics and supportive individuals to advance the institution's objectives.

Her educational journey includes studying Law at The College of Law in Guildford, A Levels in History, French, and Latin at The Grey Coat Hospital in Westminster, and obtaining an LLB(Hons) in Law from the University of Leicester.

Julia has held various positions across prestigious organizations, including being the Co-Founder of Professional Women's Hub (PWHub), Acting Team Lead - Development in Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences, Senior Development Executive, and Philanthropy and Partnerships roles at the University of Oxford, among others.

Prior to her current position, Julia has also served as a Business Mentor at Strategic Mentors Ltd, provided Company Secretarial Support at Nominet UK, and worked as a Partner at Henmans LLP.
