Julia Hu

Julia Hu is a litigation associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Los Angeles office, focusing on appeals and complex litigation.1 Prior to her current role, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California, where she prosecuted complex fraud crimes.1 Julia clerked for the Honorable David J. Barron of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.1

Julia graduated from Yale Law School in 2018 and holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa.1 Before attending law school, she worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.1

She was admitted to the State Bar of California on July 27, 2021.3 Julia is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.1
