Senior Program Officer of Climate

Managing work the Foundation is doing around climate; includes reports, forum, donor engagement & public policy. Developed the Foundation’s voter engagement work, engaging all departments, a select group of non-profit partners, and moderating public forums on the topic. Manages program, speakers, logistics of 2.5 day conference that gathers 100 business, government, academic, and nonprofit leaders in the Greater Boston Area once a year Manages special projects for the Foundation, recently that has included Reparations and College in Prison; develops briefings, talking points, program agendas and speaker and stakeholder communications that are shared with senior leadership including CEO. Oversees all special funds, grants, and contracts for Communications department.  Chaired the Communications & Technology Committee at Foundation and is an active committee member on Equity and Inclusion Committee at Foundation.

Worked as a full-time nanny taking care of an infant beginning when he was 3 months old. Daily responsibilities included: feeding, bathing, changing diapers, following a daily routine, reading stories, singing songs, floor play, and trips to local libraries and parks. Additional duties included traveling with the family as needed, grocery shopping and folding and putting away baby's clean laundry.
