Julia Di
Robots for humanity | Threshold Ventures Fellow
Julia Di is a graduate research assistant at Stanford University School of Engineering, currently working in the BDML lab. Prior to this, she was a NASA Space Technology Research Fellow at both NASA Ames Research Center and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Julia has also been a Fellow at Rewriting the Code, a Threshold Ventures Fellow at Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), and an Avionics Intern at Generation Orbit Launch Services, Inc. She has also held internships at Lockheed Martin and has worked as a research associate for NASA.
Julia's previous research assistant roles included working in CHARM Lab at Stanford University School of Engineering, Creative Machines Lab at Columbia University in the City of New York, Sia Lab at Columbia University in the City of New York, Columbia Lab for Unconventional Electronics at Columbia University in the City of New York, and Carleton Laboratory at Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally, she has worked as a Content Manager and Executive Tutor at Aristotle Circle and as an extern at Venture for America.
Julia's diverse set of experiences in space technology research, engineering, and tutoring make her a well-rounded individual with a passion for learning and teaching.
