Julia Davis

Julia Davis is an Associate Team Leader at CRC Insurance Services, based in Dallas, Texas. She joined CRC Group in October 2019 as an Associate Team Leader, handling marketing and working to place new business efficiently.1 Julia specializes in binding and small business insurance, with a focus on helping retail brokers navigate the E&S marketplace by finding creative and tailored insurance solutions for unique exposures.3

Prior to joining CRC, Julia began her insurance career in 2017 as an Underwriter Assistant at Burns & Wilcox. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.1 Julia has obtained Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations from The Institutes.1

With seven years of experience in the wholesale insurance industry, Julia has observed the market becoming increasingly challenging, with steady rate increases in both property and casualty sectors.2 She is known for her collaborative approach and passion for educating clients and partners about CRC's offerings for unique or difficult risks.1

Outside of work, Julia resides in the Dallas area and enjoys CrossFit, baking, and spending time with friends and family.1
