Julia Checchia is a seasoned project management executive with extensive experience in various sectors such as government, banking, retail, telco, transport, and IT vendors. She specializes in Service Management Project Delivery, firmly believing in the importance of an efficient service management platform as the foundation for operational excellence, service intelligence, and digital transformation. With a Master's degree in Computer Applications and Business Administration, she has worked in different fast-paced environments, managing people and stakeholders, contracts, procurement, and transitioning and transforming IT applications and infrastructure.

Her vast experience in Project, Program, and Vendor Management has honed her skills in Integrated Delivery of Service Management, Service Catalogue, and CMDB Design, Contract Negotiation, Agile Testing, among others.
