Julia Chase is a highly qualified professional with a strong educational background in Environmental Science and Water and Wetland Resource Studies. She obtained a Master of Professional Studies from SUNY ESF and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Villanova University.
With a wealth of experience in urban planning and environmental policy, Julia has held key roles in various organizations. She currently serves as a Senior Planner at the City of San Diego, where she brings her expertise to guide and oversee planning projects. Prior to this, she held positions as Land Use Planner II and Associate Planner at the County and City of San Diego, respectively.
