Julia Cai is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Max Retail, a company focused on helping independent retailers manage excess inventory through an AI-enabled SaaS platform. Cai has a robust background in technology and entrepreneurship, having led multiple high-profile startups over the past two decades. Notably, she was instrumental in transforming Trove’s e-commerce platform for major fashion and footwear brands and played a significant role in transitioning K-health from a mobile application to a comprehensive web product. Additionally, at Red Ventures, she improved call center technology for a business generating $300 million in annual revenue.12

Her extensive experience also includes founding her own startup, The Seven Soft Corporation, where she served as CEO for nearly a decade. She has received accolades such as the "40 Under 40" award and has a strong track record in managing large engineering teams and developing IT strategies aligned with business goals.23
