Julia Berndtsson

Julia Berndtsson is a dedicated Physics and CS/Engineering student at Princeton University with a keen interest in quantum engineering and entrepreneurship.

She made her mark in the academic world by publishing her first paper in Nature Astronomy, focusing on the exciting discovery of the first planet candidate in an external galaxy.

Currently, Julia is deeply engrossed in projects revolving around semiconducting spin qubits and superconducting qubits, showcasing her expertise and passion for advanced technologies.

Julia's educational journey includes studying Natural Sciences at Viktor Rydbergs Gymnasium Odenplan, earning a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Princeton University, and gaining valuable knowledge and skills at The Lawrenceville School.

Her professional experience spans various roles, such as Quantum Computing Student Researcher at Princeton University, Director of Founder Support at Prospect Student Ventures, Component Engineer at TUfast e.V. Eco Team, Optomechanical Engineer at Veoneer, and Astrophysics Student Researcher at Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.
