Judy L. Mahan is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in law and economic development.
She pursued International Baccalaureate at Lycee International de St Germain en Laye before furthering her education with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Tax Law/Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Université Paris X Nanterre.
Judy has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including serving as the Cal Poly CIE Economic Development Director at Cal Poly State University, where she oversees the Incubator and SBDC for Innovation.
Her previous experiences include working as the Special Assistant to the President of FSM for Public Information at the Government of the Federated States of Micronesia, being a Partner - Corporate Attorney at Mahan & David LLP, and serving as a Corporate & Securities Attorney at DLA Piper (formerly Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP).
