Judy Chang is an accomplished planner with a wealth of experience in transportation planning. With a Master of Science in Urban Planning from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Urban & Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine, she has built an impressive resume over the years. Judy has worked for the New York City Department of Transportation in various capacities including Deputy Chief of Staff, Division of Bridges and Senior Project Manager, Resiliency Planning & Management. She has demonstrated proficiency in ArcGIS, Microsoft Word, Urban Planning, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign. In addition to her professional work, Judy has worked as a Studio Teaching Assistant at Columbia University and served as an Editorial Intern and Freelance Contributor at Planetizen.
