Judith Li-Kaiser is a Canadian professional currently based in Berlin, with over 7 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship on a global scale. She has worked across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America, focusing on sustainable development in both the private and public sectors.
Currently, Judith leads various initiatives at the Westerwelle Foundation, where she oversees investment partnerships, project management, and impact assessment for more than 20 startup support programs. In the previous year, the foundation successfully nurtured 729 entrepreneurs from idea conceptualization to growth-stage incubation and acceleration.
With a Master of Science degree from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, Judith Li-Kaiser has a strong educational background that complements her professional endeavors. Her diverse career includes roles such as Director of Programmes, Global Programme Manager, Climate Change & Innovation Lead, and Project Manager at organizations like the Westerwelle Foundation and Luvent Consulting GmbH.
Prior to her current roles, Judith held positions such as Key Account Manager APAC at Meero, Africa Strategy Analyst at Edenred, Student Consultant at Sanofi, Instructor at Beijing Foreign Studies University, CEO & Co-Founder at Lumbrick, and various internship positions at Volvo Group and Global Affairs Canada.
