Middle Americas and Caribbean Container Sales Manager

•	Initiated a new Key Client Desk for the Caribbean Cluster comprised of 12 countries while working with key global accounts, including Unilever, General Motors, P&G, MARS, and Nestle.
•	Served as a liaison between global key account managers, Trade and Marketing, and Customer Service to win global and local tenders. 
•	Mapped and segmented the “Key Focus” account for the countries within scope taking the account’s level of influence, decision power, and tendering process. 

Notable achievements while in the position included:
-	Delivered results that grew the 2013 Key Client segment volumes by 10% year-over-year.

Caribbean Cluster Key Account Manager

•	Developed and executed the global reefer sales strategy with 10 countries while working with multi-national customers, including Tesco, Keelings, and Fyffes.
•	Delivered and managed a budget valued at $90M+ in collaboration with Costa Rica and destination countries in Europe.

Notable achievements while in the position included:
-	Worked in collaboration with Costa Rica, Panama, and the U.S. organization to secure the best melon exporting season in 2 consecutive years, 2008, 2009.
-	Built and maintained a strong relationship with the Reefer Department and managed stakeholders to improve the influence on service and network design with the reefer’s drivers taken into account. 
-	Delivered a new framework on cost reduction with a competitive benchmark through both equipment and transport savings.

Cluster Reefer Key Client and Business Development Manager

•	Maintained full responsibility for the bottom line of service profit and loss (P&L) and drove mid- and long-term trade strategies to 3 areas and 35+ countries in both Europe and Africa. 
•	Played a key role in the Vessel Sharing Agreement (VSA), managing complex stakeholder relationships for a period of 2 years while maintaining compliance with strict international competition laws. 
•	Continually evaluated and promoted vessel deployment changes and discussions with members of VSA.

Notable achievements while in the position included:
-	Delivered results that improved the bottom line by 15% in 2009.

Trade Manager (String Owner) Africa/Europe Trade

•	Managed a budget for 300,000 containers for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean in a fiscally responsible manner.
•	Maintained full responsibility for the Asia Imports trade and for the strategic pricing of major Asia imports tenders.

Central America Trade Manager Far East/Central America

•	Evaluated and proposed changes to intermodal activities in Southern Africa while completing a cost-saving exercise. 
•	Managed communication between 11 countries and the Safmarine head office in Cape Town and established new equipment and inland policies, which allowed for an operational cost reduction.
•	Responsible for the Indian Ocean Islands to Europe Trade, including Victoria, Seychelles, Mayotte, and Mauritius.
