In 2008 he became a senior executive for an international airline, handling a budget of $4.3 billion. With his vast knowledge and expertise, Juan Juan Swartz co-founded VOR in Germany in 2010, focusing on integrating scientific discoveries into innovative solutions to transform businesses. He completed his Doctorate in Strategy, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, and Analytics in Europe. He co-founded 4thTalent in 2018, where his focus is on transforming how talent is identified, hired, and retained.
