Juan Esteban
Orientador de empresas y emprendedores
Juan Esteban is a dynamic professional with a diverse background across entrepreneurship, sales, advertising, and business development.
He started his career by venturing into a family project involving a rural tourism house. He later co-founded a stained glass workshop with partners while also working as a cinema usher.
Despite facing initial challenges, his entrepreneurial spirit led to recognition, including the award for the best young business initiative in Castilla y León in 2003.
Transitioning from selling electricity to venturing into advertising, he eventually moved to Madrid to work in a multinational corporation where he felt undervalued.
Returning to Segovia, his hometown, Juan had to restart from scratch, this time selling natural gas door-to-door. Succeeding in this role, he eventually left for new opportunities in sales.
Seeking to break free from conventional sales roles, he became a self-employed individual, collaborating with the Segovia Chamber of Commerce and various projects to make ends meet.
With a talent for mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs, Juan used his advertising and communication skills to train sales teams, organize events, give talks, workshops, and manage retail support projects.
He later joined the Chamber of Commerce, where he worked for five years before transitioning to a role combining entrepreneurship support and event management with advising on advertising at a local radio station.
Currently based in Ávila, Juan embraces new challenges that drive his motivation and continuous improvement, believing he is at the peak of his professional life.
