Juan Benvenuto

Juan Benvenuto is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the pharmaceutical industry and finance sector.

He pursued his education at Colegio Cardenal Newman and went on to graduate in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', followed by completing an EMBA (Executive MBA) from Universidad Torcuato di Tella.

Juan has held various key positions at Novartis Oncology, such as Global Head of Cell & Gene Therapies Strategy & PMO, Global Director of Cell & Gene Therapies Business Strategy & Operations, and Global Head of Medical Affairs Business Operations and Functional Excellence.

Prior to his role at Novartis, Juan Benvenuto gained valuable experience at GSK and Novartis Vaccines, where he served as Global Head of Clinical Trial Planning & Operations, Associate Director of Global Clinical Business Operations, and Latin America Sr. Business Operations Manager among other roles.

Before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, Juan worked at IBM in different capacities including Venezuela Controller, Spanish South America Finance & Planning Sr Analyst, and Audit Assistant at Deloitte, showcasing his expertise in finance and operations.

His career journey also includes a stint at Camara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina as an Economic Affairs Assistant, reflecting his commitment to public service and multi-faceted professional background.
