Juan Andrés Lagrange Delfino is a dedicated advocate of education as the key to a better world and future.

With a background in coding since the age of 15, Juan started with Perl and transitioned to Ruby on Rails, handling website development during his college years.

He progressed to work as a developer and project manager at Barcelona's PIC, contributing to the creation of graphic monitoring software used by scientific laboratories like CERN.

To enhance his software development skills, Juan pursued business foundations and leadership training at esteemed institutions such as Harvard Law School, ESADE, and Charles III University of Madrid.

In 2011, he founded Akdemia, a school management platform that revolutionized communication within K-12 schools in South America, gaining recognition from organizations like Wayra, Techstars Berlin, and IDB for its innovation.

Currently, Juan focuses on assisting companies and startups to unleash creativity and shape their digital destinies.

His areas of expertise include project management, Big Data, Ruby on Rails, PHP, SQL, jQuery, and CSS.
