J.R. Labbe, also known as Jill Labbe, is the Senior Vice President for Community Affairs & Development at JPS Health Network, a prominent tax-supported healthcare system in Tarrant County, Texas. JPS Health Network encompasses various healthcare facilities, including an acute care hospital, the county's sole Level 1 Trauma Center, the only psychiatric emergency center, and over 40 points of care, incorporating 19 school-based health centers. The organization has been recognized multiple times as a top workplace in Dallas-Fort Worth area by reputable publications. Prior to her current role, Labbe held significant positions such as Editorial Director at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, where she made history as the first full-time female editorial writer. She also served as the Editor of the Grand Prairie Daily News under the A.H. Belo Corp.
